Anyone tell that how much vacancy to expect in RMNLU this year,more specifically of SC

In MTLB, the higher authority was asking that suppose the list is coming on 20th, 5th and if I am not included in that then I will have to freeze in DSNLU only, then I will have to go to DSNLU, I will have to go there for admission physical counselling, I will have to wait there, then I will have to shift my stuff, during this time the result of DU will also be coming, then how will I take admission in DU because I have already got admission in DSNLU and after INSB, RMNLU vacancy results will be there!! Or agr ho gaya rmnlu fir samaan or paisa shift kro.So, this is my only doubt.

I have a Sc. Up rank of 74, and the cutoff for the 3rd and 4th lists was 71. The 5th list is coming on the 20th. Will I be eligible? What else can I do? I've described the situation above.

Where should I go? What should I do? And how can I pay the fees from here? I'm at a loss.
