i really wanted talk to a counselor lately soon but i didn't get to catch up with In-Person session and had the virtual instead. this is my first time with a counselor. The counselor felt rushed and I didnt have much time to tell much. They kept giving shallow advices that I already tried. I felt like I didn't get the support I needed to open up more and push through. Are they (counselors from other bldgs) all like this?
