Looking for roommate in a 2b2b Fall 26 - Spring 27
Hi everyone, I’ll be starting my PhD in ECE this fall, I have a looked up a 2b2b for 895 + utilities about 125/person/month (includes electricity and water) and has a bus stop conveniently at the entrance while being close to ece department. The building also has quick access to ARC through bus and Bombay market is few minutes away by walk. The only issue is I need a roommate to sign a lease there. If anyone is interested please dm so I can share you the location. A little bit about me :
* I don’t smoke or drink
* I’ll mostly be in the lab and will only come back to sleep or cook
* I’m a vegetarian, I’m fine with my roommates eating meat/eggs but would prefer a vegetarian roommate if possible
* I won’t bring people to the unit or party, I prefer quiet spaces
* I’m very clean, would prefer anyone who would keep the common spaces clean
* I’m male, but I’m flexible with male or female roommates
