Title: SPSC US/AO Results Delayed for 30+ Days Post-Viva: Is Merit Being Rewritten Behind Closed Doors? Time for Youth of Sikkim to Wake Up! 
Fellow Sikkimese spsc aspirants, especially the aspirants and youth who poured months into books, notes, and sleepless nights for the SPSC Under Secretary (US) and Accounts Officer (AO) recruitment:
It’s been over 40 days since the first viva-voce and more than 30 days since the last interview ended. Yet, no final results. No merit list. No explanation from SPSC. Just radio silence while the next prelims cycle looms. 
We all know how this “delay” smells. Rumors are flying thick — names of well-connected candidates (daughters/sons/relatives of secretaries, ministers’ aides, political insiders) are already being floated as “sure shots.” While genuine merit holders who cleared written and faced the board are left hanging, wondering if their answer sheets are being quietly “reviewed,” rewritten, or supplemented with extra marks to fit a predetermined list. 
This isn’t the first time. We’ve seen the SI recruitment scandal, demands for re-exams, allegations of backdoor entries, and a complete erosion of trust in the system. Transparency is zero: no scanned answer sheets, no detailed marks for written + viva, no cutoff explanations. Just “trust us” from an institution that keeps crashing its own website when pressure builds. 
Why the delay? Probably to safely engineer the list. Give fixed candidates a chance to “improve” records or adjust scores in a way that even the answer sheets look plausible if anyone later demands them. Classic “fix without obvious fingerprints.”
Sikkim’s youth cannot afford this anymore. Every rigged seat steals a future — yours, your friend’s, the state’s. When connections trump competence, governance suffers, corruption thrives, and talented people migrate or give up.
What we must do NOW (stop just venting on Reddit):
- Mass RTI Campaign — File RTIs individually and collectively demanding: exact timeline of result processing, marks breakup (written + viva), copy of evaluated answer sheets for top candidates, and reasons for delay.
- Petition & Memorandum — To Governor, Chief Minister, and SPSC Chairman. Student unions, unemployed youth groups, and concerned citizens should submit a strong joint memorandum demanding immediate result declaration with full transparency (publish all marks & sheets).
- Public Pressure — Peaceful protest/dharna outside SPSC office. Social media storm with #SPSCTransparency #ReleaseUSAOResults #SaveMeritInSikkim. Tag local media, MLAs, and influencers. Make it impossible to ignore.
- Legal Route — Approach High Court if no response in next 7-10 days. Demand time-bound declaration and probe into irregularities.
- Boycott Next Cycle if Needed — Don’t let them normalize this by rushing into the next prelims while this one remains tainted.
We saw in other states how sustained student pressure forced reforms. Sikkim’s future depends on merit, not “jholey” recommendations. If we stay silent and delete accounts after posting, nothing changes. The powerful count on our apathy. 
Rise up. Demand accountability. Protect the little meritocracy left. Share this, discuss in groups, and act before the list drops as another “done deal.”
Justice delayed is justice denied — especially when it looks manufactured.
