High School Student: What are the biggest workflow bottlenecks or administrative problems in your clinic today?

I am a high school student learning Python and data science, and I want to build a free, open-source tool to genuinely help medical clinicians with their daily workflows.
I’m not looking to sell anything or make money—this is entirely a passion project to see if I can use basic programming to solve a real-world problem for healthcare workers. Since I don't want to build something useless, I wanted to ask the people on the front lines directly:
What is the single biggest, most annoying administrative task or bottleneck you deal with every day?
Is there a specific part of scheduling, data tracking, or patient follow-up that takes up way too much of your time?
