Whatever can I do

For close to 3 years I have been dealing with sesamoiditis in my right toe. I am college student and don't have a driver's license, so that probably contributed to the stubbornness of this injury. The inflammation is not under control despite everything I am doing to get it to a manageable level.

List of things I do:

-Stretching and strengthening exercises(ankle, foot, legs)

-icing the sesamoid area at least 1 time every day

-NSAID gel 1% everyday for over a year( was the only thing that kept a nerve decompressed)

-Oral NSAIDS: ibuprofen did nothing and meloxacam gave me hives

-I wore a walking boot for 4 weeks during the 1st year of injury

-off the shelf orthodic inserts with dancer pads added onto it

-custom orthotics with relief area

I feel at a lost for any other conservative treatment that is affordable and manageable while I am on campus. Is there anything I have not tried yet that I could do to get the inflammation down and stop compressing a nerve in the sesamoid area?

(Sorry for any spelling errors, I am dyslexic and spell check is not my friend sometimes)

Alternative to adhesive reusable dancer pad?

I have custom orthotics that off load pressure off the sesamoid area, but I don't like to wear my shoes all day. A dancer pad would be helpful to use when not wearing my shoes, if my skin wasn't sensitive to adhesives. Is there a way to get the same benefits from off loading without dealing with adhesives?

MRI showing nothing?

I have been struggling with a potential meniscus tear for 3 months, with my knee being locked for that whole time as well. I have not been able to take a proper step, with the injured knee, in those 3 months. My MRI showed no significant findings though. What would be the next step for getting this injury treated?

Potential meniscus tear

Has anyone dealt with a consistently locked knee for 2+ months or any long period of time? I injured my knee 3 months ago, and have not been able to take a proper step since. I think my knee is locked as I have limited range of motion flexion wise, but I could be wrong.

Reoccurring Nerve compression from sesamoiditis

I have been struggling with chronic sesamoiditis for a good couple years now, and recently the inflammation from it is compressing on a nerve in the sesamoid area(at least I think so). My big toe can't push off the ground when the nerve is compressed. The only thing that prevents the compression is NSAID gel. If I don't put the gel on my foot the nerve get compressed again. I have done what feels like every conservative treatment possible for the sesamoiditis.

Has anyone else have similar experience with sesamoiditis, or other conditions that can effect the sesamoid area, if so what else can I do to manage it?
