Took my kantamus 40L on a 5 day hike through Lapland with me. Supplemented with:

-Hatka 12L

-2x 4L side pouches

-FDF sleeping Pad

-1x 2x2 pouch on the hip belt

Worked like a dream. No straining or soreness on my back, neck or shoulders. Fits everything i needed to take. The foam pad worked perfectly as a sitting pad.
