Indoor grow light for succulents and cacti, is it enough?

I need some advice. I have cacti and succulents on my desktop. In my head im using grow lights because I'm scared of rain outdoors for them and I want consistent lighting.
Also, I do want greens in my office where no sunlight enters.
Question:
Is my light enough for them so they dont etiolate or stretch out from lack of sunlight
Should I just opt for a 50-70w white e27 lightbulb instead?
Specs and details:
- using a 25w full spectrum led growlight (labeled as 100w but my electric meter says 25w)
- around 6 to 8 inches from light to plant
