BCR transfers?
Hi! I am a student at Bow Valley College starting in the fall, I am wondering if anyone here has completed the 2 year BCR program, and what that experience is like. I want to take the 2 year program at UofC after I finish the Disability Studies Diploma at BVC. If anyone has answers to these questions, itd be so appreciated!!
- what amount of math was required in the program?
- did you feel that you needed a good understanding of biology beforehand, and did you take bio 30 in highschool or not? (I did not but it's a prereq for BCR but not my program)
- which school/program did you transfer from, and what was your average GPA for the credits transferred?
- do you know if it's hard to get into?
- is there a required pace? (such as having to take a minimum amount of courses per semester)
I am planning to look into getting these questions answered by someone who works with prospective students, but it's more for just kind of setting my expectations for the future up, if that makes sense. like if I need to upgrade my highschool classes and such. thanks!!
