I am currently setup to ship on June 28 for Heavy Aircraft Intergrated Avionacs, this jobs look really cool but is probably harder than my second job that I am on quickship for RAW's.

The HAIA sounds better for outside work after the military, but is it worth the harder work that comes with it?

I just need any advice on things good or bad about both jobs to help me make a decision.

Please, any advice or knowledge about either job that I do not know will be greatly appreciated, Thank you.
