I recently learned how to reload dash after playing through again for the first time in years and made it out of legates camp back into New Vegas after he was dead.

I only completed Yes Man quests and no additional quests. The only problem being I can no longer fast travel. Is it possible to now go back and do the entire NCR story line up till the end?

I also noticed I can get to legates camp but he is not there if I go before Yes Man. Is there a specific check the game does to spawn him in?
