I use my host PC with wireless WiFi (I cannot use Ethernet) and a wired Apple TV (the client). My PC is upstairs while my tv is downstairs, but every single game I’ve played is very laggy (not the game performance itself, but the stream). I’ve tried reducing everything to 1080p 20 bitrate and it still very laggy and barely playable. How can I reduce this?

PC specs:
32gb ram
Intel i9 13-000F
NVIDIA RTX 4070 12gb

Other details:
I am using vibepollo
On my pc my wireless speed is around 150mbps
