Sorry for the sudden post, but I have a quick question out of pure curiosity.

Does anyone know, or can anyone estimate, how many players in the world have actually managed to fully optimize a Lost Chikage at Blood Level 24

with perfect Out-of-Shape (OoS) Radial Bloodtinge gems with the stamina curse?

Knowing how brutal the RNG is for OoS radial drops, doing that on a low-level build seems like an absolute nightmare. I'd love to hear your thoughts on how rare this achievement really is.
