Do you feel like you deal with toxic work places more than most other generations?
I'm curious if there are general conditions that change how Gen z differs in the work place. Obviously there's the pandemic. But there's also just a toxic work environment that I'm not sure other generations have had to deal with. You could have a retirement and pension that you could have put up with stuff for longer. But nowadays everyone is just here for a paycheck. The job market doesn't help either. What are your thoughts?
