My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 5 Pro 16ACH6 82L5 (5800h, igpu, 16gb ram, 1tb m.2 configuration). I cannot for the life of me verify or figure out whether it uses thermal pads for say VRMs or other components, and if so what thickness.

I am planning on opening it up for maintainance shortly, and i'd ideally want to know if i need thermal pads before hand in case i rip the old ones or something.

I've looked at the manual, no mention of that, and in 1-2 dissassembly videos i was able to find, i couldn't make it out, and the laptop configuration slightly varies.
