I've had a chalazion since mid-late February, treating it with warm compresses to no avail. My doctor gave me antibiotic ointment which also hasn't worked. It wasn't sore at all but the last few days it's gotten bigger, red all over and very sore. Sore on its own, sore to touch/move and it's still not draining. Is this the start of infection?
