What daily/weekly load should I aim for? Help me understand fitness stats

Hello,

I've been cycling on an indoor trainer for the last 9 months, FTP went from 95->~200.

I am also strength training 4-6 hours/week

I've been tracking my stats with intervals icu, I average 6-8 hours a week/350-450 weekly load. While browsing reddit posts lots of people claim they average 600 a week, while I know comparison is the thief of joy, is my training load too low for the hours I invest?

Is weekly load not that interesting a stat? which stats are the most relevant to look at?

are there any scientific paper studying/proving the coherence of these numbers? I haven't found any
