So today Codex (Mac App) got stuck in some kind of loop… I thought it was just thinking so I let it run. But then when I came back it told me I was at my usage limit and it hadn’t even done anything!

Has anyone had any luck getting open AI to rectify this sort of thing? I was nearly done with a big project and had no idea this was even a possibility.
