The end of The Garroter borrowed from Felts "Now She's Gone"?

Was exploring the band Felt the other day and heard the song "Now She's Gone" and the lead singer sings along with the jazzy guitar solo and I immediately thought OPETH!! Has anyone else noticed this?

I knew it was from something from ICV and listened to it today and sure enough, at the end of "The Garroter" at about the 6 minute mark it's the same kinda singing over noodle-y guitar

Think Mikael borrowed from Felt?

What do y'all think?
