I recently bought a 2nd rx 5700 xt and it works perfectly fine until (at least I think this is the case) when under a lot of power. My screen just goes and then flashes on and off pixelated (yesterday it just went straight green for the first time). I wondering if anyone would know the issue. Is it the gpu? psu? pcie slot? but I don't think it is cause my last gpu worked perfectly fine. I think it might have something to do with how much power it draws and it not liking it. Is there anyway to limit it either?

Spec: 10700k - 5700 xt - 650w - 32gb ram
