Relief when even sipping water makes me nauseous
I had acute gastritis 3 years ago and have been ok until this week. Sadly I have a new flair up and I have forgotten most of the tips for really bad days. Yesterday and today even sipping water or moving at all makes me feel horrific.
Are there any tips or that you’ve used to help you stomach a few sips or bites of anything?
I don’t need much but I don’t want to dehydrate on top of this. So far gum is my only temporary relief. Even antacids make me queasy.
I know once I figure out what I can tolerate, It’ll get better. I’m sorry rolling this together but want to say Thank you for any thoughts y can share.
