Reposted with a photo, as someone asked. Thr elevated portions were about an hour after I ate.

I am very new to all of this. I show no signs of diabetes and so far do not meet the criteria. I was mostly given one to track other possible health complications, and all day, my readings were normal and not a concern whatsoever. But at 1 am, I was woken up by a "urgent low" alarm. So I checked and it was 54. As soon as I started moving that arm, it went back up to normal. so it was barely over a minute that it was at that level, and has been normal ever since. Is this a concern at all or could be a false reading? I believe my arm was laying against myself side, and kind of against both my torso and the bed if that matters at all. As i usually sleep on my back.

I hope to just be overthinking it, but I wasn't given very clear answers when given the monitor, and just want to be sure that it isn't anything to worry about.
