Employment Background Checks, how does it work?
Hi Guys
For my HR people, just wish to know that for high positions in Risk Management, Banks, Insurance Companies, Consulting, etc. When individuals are applying to be Heads of Divisions, Senior Managers and Executive Member roles, what kind of background historical background checks are done.
Does HR call each previous employer's HR department to confirm your start and end dates, and is this confirmed granularly to the actual month and year an individual was at a company or do they only end at calling the supplied references.
