Breaking fixed-term contract after 6 months
I have already passed the six months milestone. Before joining my unit, I have also warned my commander, that I'll be in Ukraine most likely only for 6 months, maybe slightly more. I have now also warned them more than a month before breaking it, when I'm going to do it. The commander seems to be fine with it, but I have a feeling that can always change. In my contract it's says:
*"Contract can be terminated before its expiration:
with the consent of the Parties in writing, but not earlier than six months of their continuous military service;"*
And so my question is - did anyone had an experience, or heard of such, when people where denied in breaking of contract? What was the reason? And what can you do in situation like this?
