I am so confused
Okay so basically I wanted to make a new tiktok account because my main account never gets interactions anymore. I made a new one and put my actual birthday (I’m 19) and it made my account private. I was only able to change the password. There was literally no other option. It also logged me out of my other accounts. I was able to log in to my other account. But not my main one. It said the email and password was wrong. I was so confused because I had no issues logging in to my account using my email before. I contacted tiktok support and they sent me an email that was connected to the account that i had no idea what it’s from. How does this even happen?! It’s so weird!! I was sure I didn’t get hacked because I never got a notification that my password or email changed. I was perfectly fine in my account before I decided to make a new one. How can it be that my email and password changed in the span of 10 mins while logged out? It makes no sense😭 And I know it was my email that i used to make the account because i still have the notifications of my email when Id buy something from tiktok shop.
If anyone has any advice or theories please let me know!! I’ve had that account since 2021 it’s very special to me.
