6 months post-op. I’m not 100% healed but close with only minor tingling/numbness on side of my right foot. Has anyone have any issues with mid back after surgery? I only had issue with my lower back which the surgery fixed before but ever since the surgery my mid back hasn’t caused me pain but it is an uncomfortable feeling when I sit to long or lay on my back to long. Don’t know how to describe it other than a twing or uncomfortable feeling. Almost like the sheets are wrinkled when you lay down on them. Same feeling when I sit in a chair for to long. Never had any mid back feeling like this before surgery even when my sciatic pain was at its worst. Any tips or exercises for this would be helpful.
