Need some advice if I should even apply this cycle . I want advice on if i should even shoot my shot this cycle. Worst-case scenario to apply next cycle and retake my DAT

Science GPA: ~2.92
Very high upward GPA trend

DAT is July 17th . It’s been like a bit more than a month . I’ve been studying everyday that’s all I do and my life right now . But I came to a point where I’m finding it harder to memorize and critically think . It’s hard for me to take breaks without feeling that guilt of wasting time cause I could be studying like Anki or anything less effort it’s almost like a habit that I can’t get my self out of not taking a break. Especially with how long till my dat and I’m only half way into doing the practice test phase . I’ve been trying to tell my self that my family chaos /dramma/ fight isn’t effecting my studying cause I’m not trying to make that excuse but it’s slowly taxing me . Just this exam really could set up the rest of my life so been going through with it . Idk if I’m the only person going through a situation like this but wanted to put it out there cause I feel like everyone just talks about how to study dat and never about sustainability. If you got any tips or advice it would be much appreciated!! Gl with everyone else
