I finally got better with lamotrigine and lexapro but I’m afraid the effects fade

I’m afraid the effects fade, I went from a numb and dead person to alive, back to being confident and outgoing person in only a week of this combo

If the effects fade, It’ll genuinely be the worst thing that could possibly happen to me

Years ago I’ve done intense cardio and the first couple of times I have fully recovered like it was something switched immediately after cardio, It was temporary tho. After a while it stopped working and nothing I do now even changes it a little bit. Why tf is that?
