An invitation to build an org with me — as equals.
I've been developing this org for a while, and I'm looking for people to build it with me — as founders and the initial council, refining the concept together and making it real. The document below lays out who we're looking for and what we stand for: democracy first; a genuine love of capital-ship gameplay (and not just captaining — an openness to try every role, and to let others try the ones you love); and a culture that doesn't box you in. Industry, combat, even a bit of piracy — what we politely call tolls and goods seizures — it's all on the table, and you keep your autonomy. The one thing we'll all sign up for is learning to work and play together as a fleet.
