[HELP] Root keeps disappearing even when integrity box shows all 3 passed. Duck detector shows a different story all together.

I had my nothing 3a pro rooted and working but i have been facing an issue where it randomly loses its root, integrity box shows all 3 ticks. I don't even understand what's going wrong. Sometimes it automatically gets restored to the working state after a restart. Also I had hma oss setup by integrity box, should I do it manually or let integrity box set it up automatically.
