Hey guys, I’ve finished my psychology degree - I’ve got a lot of lived experience with psychosis having suffered from it for 12 years. Now that I am in recovery I am explaining how I think my mind constructs these crazy thoughts.

Could you guys let me know what you think? Any things I could refine, work on, or anything at all.

I’m aware what I’m talking about it somewhat strange, and would like to know how people outside psychosis perceives it.
