I’m 20. My dentist recommended removing my two left impacted wisdom teeth today because of pain, but the pain has already reduced to a mild ache. I have to return to college in 2 days and I’m worried about recovering after surgery. Is it usually safe to postpone the extraction until my next college break if there’s no swelling or fever, or is it better to have them removed now? My opg shows all four wisdom teeth are impacted, but only the left side is currently symptomatic.
