Kriyas: what do they mean & how do I consciously work with them?

I’ve been experiencing spontaneous somatic movements for 4 years, since my first satchitananda experience when my body spontaneously went into boat pose (navasana). Initially it happened when I would work with entheogens & have a satchitananda experience, & over the following months began to occur when I’m in shavasana at the end of a yoga class. If I lay down and just think of it, now, my upper body will start releasing shakti (probably looks like I’m having a seizure). Also I am told by observers during psychedelic experiences that I have parallel arm/hand movements in a way that looks like traditional Indian dancing.
I believe I have always practiced god/goddess-worship/Bhakti even though I was not raised with religion (atheist family). I was always yearning to connect with the divine, but I haven’t had much spiritual guidance. I would ask to go to church with neighbors as a child. As a young adult I discovered Rev Dr Michael Beckwith (Agape spiritual center) & came to understand God in a way that made sense to me. I have practiced yoga on & off for 30 years. And when I had my first ayahuasca experience (with a Shipibo maestro) I had the spontaneous movements described above.
Ever since learning that these movements are known as kriyas I have been seeking guidance about their significance & how to cultivate their benefits, but I really haven’t found much help. I would really appreciate the thoughts of anyone who understands what kriyas are about, & can point me towards relevant teachers or teachings.
I fully recognize that the universe is communicating to/through me when these things occur, & I would like to be a better student, so I can apply what feels like a gift in some way that can benefit my own growth & help me contribute to the liberation of all beings.
