Is my tree dying?
Not sure what kind of tree I have. Last year it was a beautiful trees with lots of leaves by June. This year, it looks like it is half dead and struggling to green up where the leaves are. There’s also these off shoots at the base that I am not sure whether I should cut or not. Please help. Thanks in advance.
