Hi there, so after struggling for around 3 years, I finally got an MECFS diagnosis a few days ago

But one thing I dont understand is

can it cause fevers? my body temperature goes very very high at night

and i also feel like im 'seizing' but idk if its rlly a seizure and why its happening

i also have insane tremors very often..
