Probate of Will w/ no Opposition
Hi, fellow lawyers. I’d like to ask for your guidance regarding our Petition for Allowance of Will. Is it necessary to furnish the OSG with a copy of the petition or is service upon the OSG only required if the court directs it? Thank you in advance.
