Tugging Pain around Uterus, endometriosis???

Hello to those of you who are reading! I am female and 20 years old. I was diagnosed with PCOS (PMOS) around 4 years due to missing periods, random spotting, and multiple follicles “cysts” on my ovaries. I was on medication Progesterone 10mg for 10 days to induce a cycle. It worked for around 1 year but stopped working at the end of 2024. Ever since then, I would go even up to 7 months without a cycle which is what happened recently. I was able to get 4 days of light bleeding with the help of estrogen for 3 weeks then progesterone 5 days

Anyway, let me explain my symptoms. I have been dealing with stabbing pain on my uterus and ovaries for 2+ years, maybe more. Those are usually rather short such as a few seconds. I get stabbing pain also in my cervix recently from time to time, (Never had a Pap smear yet). Ripping pain in the uterus as well without any bleeding. And recently, tugging pain. It’s happened once last week and once this week. It is where I walk around and experience this tugging pain with feels like my uterus, little under my belly button area it seems. It’s not as sharp as my stabbing pains but it’s very uncomfortable to experience when walking as if something is being pulled inside. This lasts up to 10 minutes, maybe more.

My endocrinologist suspects endometriosis but she stated that 3 months ago and the tugging pain is new. Is this a symptom of endometriosis?!? I know I don’t get the “heavy bleeding” which is a common symptom for many and I get the quiet opposite which is lack of period, but still experience pain almost everyday (usually short lived).

Any advice, stories, and information would be greatly appreciated. Starting to get a bit nervous.

Additional symptoms
-proteinuria (hx of renal biopsy)
-random nausea
-night sweats
-IBS

Best Hair Salon but affordable 2b/2c

Hey all! I am a Female who has never had hair colored ever before. I have used Sun Bum lightening sprays on the ends in the past. Never had any salon coloring. I have brown, longer, wavy 2b/2c hair that’s on the thinner side.

I want to get a bronde balayage, lived in, low maintenance. Is there any recommendations for stylists and their salon locations that I should consider booking with in Tallahassee? I’ve gone to Haute Headz for some layers once but I’m scared I will get charged a lot for a refresh lagers + balayage. My concerns is losing my wave pattern and/or not liking the finished look. I don’t want it to be brassy, maybe a neutral very blended in balayage.

Please share recommendations!! 😊🎀✂️
