Myself and my partner have been together years. Within the next few months we want to start living together(somewhere fresh). The plan will be for me to move in with my mam and dad with children until we find a place. How do I go about UC will I be able to close my claim or would it be wise to start a joint claim before find somewhere. Combined we will earn over the threshold to be able to claim anything on uc, so would much rather my case be closed.
