I’m in northern Illinois. I love this plant and would like to get more, but I don’t know what it is…

2 babies running around, more under her wings.

I visited Texas recently, and I took this photo of a Black-necked Stilt sitting with 2 babies running around. When I downloaded the pic from my camera I noticed she has 2 more hidden under her wings with their legs hanging down. Zoom in and you can see them.
