So this is a G+1 structure in Tier 3 city. 2400 sq ft. 2 40*30 plots. Roads border 3 directions. Built up is around 1600 sqft .4 houses in total. All for rental purposes.

The first floor is exactly the same as the ground floor.

Parking can be accesed by the pathway which allows access to the staircase also.
