Red flaky spots between my eyebrows
So I’ve been getting these red flaky sometimes white tipped spots pretty much always between my eyebrows for the last 2 years of varying severity. It has gradually become more frequent. It’s been extremely frustrating because I don’t know what it could be. Bacterial, fungal or if my skin barrier is just bad?
The spots appear in clusters and are always red even if there is no visible spots.
I’ve tried using a zinc soap/shampoo and I previously tried a zinc serum from aroma zone as I’ve seen it can be effective for Seb Derm but I don’t even know if that’s what I have. I’ve been using it once a day when the flare ups are active which is more often that not. I can often get flaky and red skin underneath my facial hair around my mouth too.
This breakout is not as bad or dry as usual. I don’t know what it is or how to fix it. Please help
