I can’t fiz my post acne redness / PIE :(

About 2.5 years ago, I was in a very toxic relationship with a narcissistic person, and during that period I started getting acne on my face. Before that, I almost never had acne.

For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been struggling with persistent red post-acne marks on my face. Every pimple leaves a mark, and the redness takes months to fade, sometimes it barely improves at all.

I’ve had BBL treatment twice, but it didn’t improve even 5%. I’ve used retinol, retinal, tretinoin (retinoic acid), acne medications, barrier repair products, and azelaic acid. Basically, I feel like I’ve tried everything.

Please help me. Maybe someone here has experienced something similar. I really want to get rid of these red marks on my face because they upset me a lot.

How I raised my ferritin level from 14 to 78.5 with 1 Pack of Iron Pills

Hello ! I’m suffering from low level of ferritin for 10 years. I was always using iron pills when my ferritin level got low, then when I pause to use them, my ferritin level drops. This happened everytime in this 10 years. Once I could make it 38, this was my best in 10 years.

Then previous year my ferritin level drops to 4 again, and I started to iron pills again. With 2 packs of iron pills it got 17. Then I got 1 more pack of iron pills, it drops to 12 :S
Then I went to doctor, normally I was using Ferrosanol Duodenal. He changed it to Tardyferon. Both of them are Fe sulfate but little bit different forms.

I took Tardyferon with 500mg Vitamin C, also I took Lactoferrin but I think the most important think I did is; one day I took ferritin and other day I didn’t, so I didn’t take it everyday. (Because of Hepcidin) I’m same as you, my ferritin level was 4-15 for 10 years. I’m still in shock !!
