going to glasgow this september and although I know there’s freshers week to be making friends, I was wondering whether anyone wants to talk or anything beforehand…might be fun to meetup during freshers asw??!

i didn’t get grades to go to my original uni(though honestly I feel one of my DT papers was marked way harsh), but i thankfully now have a place at glasgow for mechanical engineering which honestly is a big win for me as i’m aware of glasgows reputation and the course itself is great. i’m actually doing an engineering-> finance route later on so i was wondering if anyone could spare advice about opportunities in glasgow, and how accommodation is?
