i am 16 year old indian studying abroad, i like to play online games but i am considering to quit gaming altogether, but it is the only way through which i can connect with my friends in india. i thought i am an indian and the gaming problem is relatable with all indian boys, so i am seeking out advice. Should i quit altogether or balance it and how i should balance it ??

i am 16 years old and i am considering quitting gaming altogether, but all my friends are there and i am naturally a social person which is why it is a hard decision. Need some advice whether to quit it all together or how i can balance it?!?
