I work on my feet alot for my job so I have plenty of callouses but this started growing on the side of my big toe once I got a new pair of shoes that I need to put an insole in. it was only painful when it first started forming and it doesn’t hurt much unless I press my nail against it. i think it’s gotten better with lotion but I’m not sure if I need to do more. any advice would help.
