My manager and I thinks we need SMM, but I’m kind of hesitant because my job role is Digital Marketing Specialist

Our company is becoming bigger, as well as our brand. For context, we are an iGaming company. I got hired last February, and I am the pioneer of our Marketing department. To my knowledge, the job role i have right now is very wide. In terms of tasks, at first it was nice and easy to handle, but as time goes by and when we were able to expand our brand reach, the workloads i have right now are too much to handle. I'm handling our influencer marketing right now. I am also tasked with handling our social media to create content and manage the daily inquiries from our social media platforms. But nowadays, the influencers are increasing; from having 3 influencers, we are now at 31. They are all under my responsibility to handle every day. And after our facebook page got suspended due to impersonation, I kind of lost confidence in handling it because of our brand's industry (iGaming). Even though we are licensed, it is still hard and inevitable not to have bashers or people complaining and reporting our page. And even though I'm trying hard to create quality content for our social media, there is still some criticism from my colleagues. I feel like I'm too busy to handle social media anymore. So I requested my manager to hire a new marketing specialist that will handle our social media. However, I feel like I'm giving up my responsibility and that I won't be able to upskill or improve myself in terms of this niche and industry. So I told my manager that I still want to be hands-on in terms of handling the social media; i just need assistance to make it consistently active whenever I'm busy.
