These agencies and creators that are hiring but only propose commission based salary are sick. They're just like exploiting the chatters and make them do free labor for them. No matter how good the chatter is at selling, if the account don't have traffic, no active fans and shitty then it's just a waste of efforts for both. Don't apply if they only offer commission based. Come on, it's 2026???
