Long story short, I submitted a request for 2 reports and provided my ID and other necessary documents. Last time I requested a report it took just a couple of days, but now it's been nearly a month. Why is it taking this long, aren't they required to release them within a certain time frame? And before anyone says it, I did contact them to check on the status but haven't heard back from them.
