I had my tummy tuck, with full back liposuction and breast auto augmentation. 3 kgs of stomach skin, 2 L lipo on the stomach, 7 L lipo on the back, 200 grams of breast tissue removed and skin.

I had my procedure on Wednesday, took 10 hours, Wednesday night and Thursday was super bad and painful, was regretting every bit of it.

I have been walking every hour since today morning which is Friday, and I feel so great, been walking on my own, sitting cross legged etc.

Swelling has kicked in but I was super active and used to lift super heavy, so I am able to lift my self on only my legs, which is helpful. I lost 30 kgs and I am 22!
