it is SO confusing how it is an amalgamation but it is effectively good

SFX and lore

somewhere in japan, a girl loved bears, despite people being scared of it in her town, people used to call her crazy and overall just weird from her not being scared of such. but when the bear outbreak happened, she soon learned to be more scared. soon her mom died to one of the bears, most likely ito, however it is unknown. But with the bear plush, Something makes her feel off. and she cries herself to sleep knowing her mom's death, and her bear plush started to manifest her using her nightmares, and soon was able to become sentient and the heart has to be torn out as a result.

the bear cries since the fact that it killed its own owner hurts it and the heart drags it around and even forces it to contort and mutate. it turned mad from the guilt of it killing the owner but the heart manipulates it to do more.
